These days, the advancement of the Inter-firm networks is pointed out with development of ICT. The new current of the Inter-firm networks with the concept of Platform or Place is analyzed, the validity and validity of a concept which what kind of the new side is giving the Inter-firm networks which actual Japanese Small and medium-sized enterprises develop, or are pointed out by precedence research are considered.
