This paper shows the gap of customer's preferences between before and after in preview process of real estate, and proposes a preview customer recommendation system for salespersons. Most customers who aim to start restaurant business currently begin to look for alternative real estate by a search engine site in the Web, however, a considerable gap is observed in the preference between the results by a search engine site and the final choice of real estate by the customer. In order to improve the gap, salespersons put much time and effort in their contact with customers. This research investigates the factors that bring about the gap, and proposes the recommendation system which supports salespersons in their sales activities.

We set up the following theoretical hypothesis that has never been studied so far; the altruistic transmitting information (ATI) in internet environment improves techno tentered and quality of life (QOL). It was investigated and analyzed statistically based on questionnaire surveys of university students in the information sciences, and the hypothesis was analyzed by the structural equation model. As a result, even though ATI was related to techno tentered, it turned out that ATI elevates QOL.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the potent influence on depression tendency caused by techno-centered tendency. We made a comprehensive study of stress, techno-centered tendency, depression tendency, loneliness and the purpose and the tool of the internet use. It was investigated and analyzed by the structural equation model based on questionnaire surveys of university students in the information sciences. The result verified that a rise in the techno-centered tendency causes the increase in the depression tendency. We also proved that the influence depend on the purpose of the Internet use. Moreover, it was shown that the adverse effect of the techno-dependency tendency was more than twice the stress effect. As a preventive measure against the depression tendency in the information society, we concluded that it is essential to prevent techno-centered and refrain from using the internet for escaping from reality.

In recent years, Japan has achived the advanced information society. Though the amount of available information has increased only in urban areas, it is not enough for both regidents and visitors in rural areas. Additionally, it is impossible especially for vititors to obtain more detailed local information, when they firstly visit rural areas. Therefore, this study aims to develop a Web-GIS (Geopgraphic Information Systsmes) specially tailored to the efficient accumulation and sharing of local information by residents and visitors. The web-GIS is a geographic information systm which integrates Web-GIS,·SNS(Social Networking Service)·and Twitter in a single system. The Web-GIS is conducted in Otsuki city in Yamanashi Prefecure, and evaluated based on a questionnaire survey to users and an analysis of log data during operation.

This paper examines how the comedy audiences share their experiences of live shows on Twitter. For this purpose, the interviews with seven audiences are conducted and qualitatively analyzed. The analysis reveals that the audiences value the feeling of liveness, and they form a group called “cluster” on Twitter. The “cluster” realizes close communication, but still maintains a flexible organization. These findings suggest that attending the live shows and the use of Twitter have common in sharing the experiences here-and-now, and the live shows can be thought of as a hub of communication among the audiences connected through the internet.

In recent years, we are anxious about whether the young person’s conversation power decrease by an increase in the use of the Internet tool for communications according to rapid progress of informatization. Then, we set up the following theoretical hypothesis; even if the use of the Internet tool for communications increases, the conversation power doesn’t decrease enough to adversely affect quality of life (QOL). It was investigated and analyzed statistically based on questionnaire surveys of university students in the information sciences, and the hypothesis was analyzed by the structural equation model. As a result, it was verified that the adverse effect that the use of the Internet tool for communication caused for the conversation power was very small. However, if altruistic information in the Internet was not sent, the possibility of decreasing the conversation power was suggested.

Social media has become tremendously popular and generates abundant content. Even though social media holds a rich variety of information, a user cannot reach them if he/she have no connection to the users who have the information. To solve this problem, the personalized recommender function, which can be achieved by appropriate introduction of human intuition and social understanding, is effective. In this paper, we focused on the intermediaries and researched the ability of encouraging the intermediary by study through a questionnaire. As a result, the factors to encourage intermediaries on social media are derived from the characteristic of intermediaries.

This paper studies the relationship between macroeconomic disequilibrium and asymmetry of information by using an empirical analysis. We have developed a tool of analysis with a new dynamic disequilibrium model with micro-foundation. We try to visualize disequilibrium extracted from the statistics of the actual product market and the labor market. In the product market, disequilibria have appeared in Product inventory of Input-Output table. In the labor market, disequilibria have appeared in the unemployment rate and vacancy rate table. In this study, we analyzed the movement of the disequilibrium in the Heisei Recession by processing the data, such as unemployment and vacancy ratio and inventory behavior.

In these days, organizations such as companies have to adapt to rapid environmental change in business in various way (divisional organization, SCM, SOA, outsourcing, etc.), but the way of current adaptation to the environmental changes does not work well. We propose a support system that is able to support in decision making of adaptive transformation in its own organizational structure based on collaboration among the autonomous resources (human, material, money, information). We define a set of the autonomous resources as an agent, and develop the support system in changing business environment, and evaluate its effectiveness. In this research, we develop a model that can describe a shift of organizations among centralized and decentralized structures, and simulate the shift in organizations by a multi-agent model, then discuss the results of simulation with respect to the effectiveness of our support system.

Cambodia is the constitutional monarchy nation located in the Indo-China peninsula which shares the east common border with Vietnam, the west border with Thailand, the north border with .Laos, and the south border with the South China Sea. The major industries of Cambodia are tourist business and manufacturing business including sewn products and shoemaking as well as the primary industry. As Cambodia attracts lots of attention as one of the countries for risk diversification of China +1 in recent years, investments from foreign countries are increased and economic development is shown though it is a least developed country. Today, China and South Korea are expanding their business positively in Cambodia to make a large sum of overseas investments on the society’s infrastructures and the real estates. On the other hand, Cambodia adopts the industrial policy of utilizing positive investments by the foreign capitals. The approach on an industrial cluster is seen on the industrial accumulation ground in the domestic special economic zone. How does the actual information-oriented society face the issues of resources limitation or ethics while protecting its advantages, such as freedom and diversity? We will try to resolve these issues through a positive thinking process in which we will analyze the concept of information. It is important to analyze nowadays communication as a gift rather than as a well-balanced exchange. Indeed, seeing communication as a gift, and knowing what is given in return, is a process that will show us its new value and its rethought meaning, both ideas that cannot be reduced to necessity or the money economy.

In this paper, we analyzed effects of defectives replies included in semantic differential data (SD data) on outcomes of analysis of the data. We prepared several data with different ratios of defective replies, through adding defective replies generated by a computer using random numbers to SD data obtained by an experiment. Applying Principal Component Analysis, we found that the proportion of variance of first principal axis declines rapidly and specific features of objects described by PCA become vague in proportion to the ratio of defective replies.

In this paper, we compare two types of semantic differential data (SD data), same layout data (SLD) and different layout data (DLD). SLD were obtained by using same layout of paired adjectives for all objects to be evaluated and DLD were obtained by using different layout of paired adjectives for each every object. According to analysis of these data, response times were longer in DLD , the ratio of responses to third category in 5-points response scale were higher in DLD and also differences among correlation coefficients between adjectives are smaller in DLD. These outcomes suggest that different layout of paired adjectives prevent respondents to construct cognitive space to evaluate objects.
