In this paper, we examine whether the function of cable TV is influenced by the introduction of AJC-CMS that Japan Cable and Telecommunications Association developed. For this purpose, we conducted a sampling survey focused consciousness on cable TV enterprises. Questionnaire was send by mail to 429 cable TV enterprises in December 2013. The response rate is 42.4%. The summarized results are as follows: (1)AJC-CMS will become a new source of cable TV contents supply. (2)Cable TV introduced AJC-CMS doesn't always function as Community Media to cable TV subscribers.
