Necessity of Open data concerning local assembly

Abstract

In the Japanese local autonomy system, dualistic representative structure consisting of executive organ and deliberative organ is adopted. By the promotion of opening data, the action in the executive organ plays a key role. Therefore, this study analyzes the example of the open data of a local assembly as a deliberative organ where the action of open data is late for an executive organ. Based on this analysis, it points out necessity of the further promotion of the open data about the local assembly.
