Awareness of Burden, Effect and dissatisfaction about Hospital Information System by Administrative Personnel

Abstract

This paper shows a brief summary based on a survey about information systems used in hospitals by administerative personnel. Findings from this analysis were, experience of user training and length of period of system use might influence on users' impression for burden, effect and dissatisfaction on in-hospital systems. Based on the result, additional detailed analysis and survey are required in the future.
