The purpose of this article is studying way of realizing the safest and the most secure symbiotic society in the world taking into consideration about problems of current situation of communication in the Internet Age. For this study, it is necessary to consider the way from the viewpoint of Socio-Informatic, especially thinking and behavior patterns of the common people of Edo period.
