Abstract

This paper investigated the projects of ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) conducted in the U.S, Europe and Japan, aimed to classify the ITS related projects according to the relationship and interaction between National Innovation Sytem (NIS) and Regional Innovation System (RIS).
