Issue study of suburb commercial cluster in maturing society as viewpoints by social information data

(Case study of a suburban city in Tokyo)

Abstract

Japan faced to population decreasing and increasing aged society. These conditions are not in the country rural area but some suburban near Tokyo. This maturing influenced on commercial streets and urban structure. This paper considered about issues of problems in suburb commercial cluster near Tokyo zone in near future. As case study for Machida city (Tokyo), about re-development stage to current problems. This study as social viewpoints (commercial conditions, traffic infrastructure and urban structure).
