This study aims to illustrate how the effective use of ICT in the workplace and business process reform affect business performances such as sales revenues, operating profits, and job creation. Based on the nation-wide survey data from 4,016 employees, our graphical modeling analysis yields three observations. First, investment in ICT, effective use of ICT, and business process reform positively affect each other and lead to the better business performances. Second, for larger firms, business process reform has the most direct effect on increace in sales revenues and profits, while investment in ICT adds their employment. Third, for small and medium sized enterprises, effective use of ICT is the most important factors to not only expand their sales revenues and profits but also create their jobs.
