Proposal and considerations towards management of routing information of local govermments

Abstract

This paper shows a new way to manage of routing information of local govermments without using geographic information system. OpenStreetMap is tool that anyone can use and create geographic information. I proposal to use the tool to management of routing information of local goverments in Japan.
