The Significance and Problem of Linkage with Community media and Inhabitants

Abstract

This paper aims to investigate significance and problem of linkage with community media and local residents. Recently, by development of the information technology, a role of community media are diversifying. In this research, by interview with community media, a change of the consciousness of the media side for the inhabitants participation became clear.
