This paper aims to investigate the relationship between elderly people mental health and their characteristics. The analysis was performed using media utilization time (especially TV viewing), musculoskeletal disorders, and social isolation variables, which are considered to be closely related in the daily life of the elderly.As a result of analysis, with regard to basic attributes, BMI was consistently a significant variable. In addition, the results showed that the length of time spent watching TV, having musculoskeletal disorders, and having few neighborhoods who could consult with were related to depression.
