A proposal of effective communication and communication-tool supporting asset management of social infrastructures

Abstract

Asset management systems have become the powerful tool that is able to lead to an effective maintenance strategy of social infrastructures. Asset management operation of infrastructure facilities is mainly based on communication fitting into organization. However, in reality, a diversity of people complicates the communication. The most effective communication to decision-making for stable organization is to ensure information sharing and mutual understanding among organization players under this condition. This paper proposes an effective tool of information sharing in addition to an innovative communication matching organizational structure of management operation.
