Information Security Programs in the cloud computing for the local governments and Problems for the Open Government

Abstract

Cloud computing is not being introduced due to security concerns. In this paper, based on the Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) published by the Personal Information Protection Commission, we analyze what kind of information security programs execute by organizations that have already deployed the cloud computing for the local governments cloud are taking measures to implement. Through this process, we examine problems for the Open Government.
