自治体クラウド導入団体における情報セキュリティの取り組みとオープンガバメントに向けた課題

Cloud computing is not being introduced due to security concerns. In this paper, based on the Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) published by the Personal Information Protection Commission, we analyze what kind of information security programs execute by organizations that have already deployed the cloud computing for the local governments cloud are taking measures to implement. Through this process, we examine problems for the Open Government.
