Due to the influence of COVID-19, the momentum for utilizing ICT in school education is increasing. In this research, we combine the conventional viewpoint of open data promotion in the local region with the practice of ICT utilization in the field of school education. Based on the above, we will explores the possibility of new open data promotion and regional vitalization methods. The usefulness of the proposed method was confirmed through the implementation of various empirical events.
