This paper is to investigate the competitive advantage business model in Digital Transformation (DX) that Japanese companies are aiming for. To that end, We will research the GAFA platform business. Then, we will analyze how GAFA built the platform business by what kind of management strategy from both the perspective of making a competitive advantage business model and the perspective of making a competitive advantage model sustainable, and Clarify the ideal way of a competitive business model in DX.
