For the future development of a digital society, collaboration across multiple organizations and diverse fields, along with talent development, is crucial. In this research, we collaborated with multiple municipalities, universities, companies, and communities that constitute the region, involving students and utilizing ICT, and explored and implemented means for regional revitalization aimed at promoting effective open data. The usefulness of the proposed method was confirmed through the implementation of various empirical events.
