13 years have passed since the Great East Japan Earthquake occurred. Currently, the government and Fukushima prefectures are expanding and revitalizing the local communities by migrants and relevant population, in parallel with the return policy. On the other hand, now that Internet communication has developed, the number of people involved in the region is increasing due to the loose ties by the online community. Therefore, in this study, we will try to clarify the actual situation of the relevant population of Fukushima from the movement behavior extracted from social media since the Great East Japan Earthquake.
