Human error is a familiar error that anyone can make. However, these errors can lead to serious accidents and, in the worst cases, can be fatal. Many of the causes of human error are repeated instances of the past. This paper outlines the three experimental platforms, explains the hypotheses, and explains the results of the preliminary experiments. The experimental platforms focused on human concentration and work goals as factors that cause human error, and aimed to grasp the trends in the occurrence of human error through preliminary experiments.
