In order to realize a digital society, it is important how to implement conventional open data promotion effort. In this research, we summarize the history of open data promotion and discuss changes in the environment surrounding open data promotion and future developments. In addition to examining data linkage infrastructure and personal information protection as examples, we will also introduce and discuss individual DX example.
