Abstract

This study investigates the psychological aspects of local government employees in Tokushima Prefecture, such as their willingness to participate in Digital Transformation (DX). The purpose is to analyze the impact of these psychological aspects on the promotion of DX in organizations and to make proposals for its promotion.
