Abstract
Adsorption and desorption of cysteine molecules at poly-Au surfaces in neutral and base solutions under applied potential has been investigated by means of cyclic voltammetry (CV) and surface differential reflectance spectroscopy (SDRS). Various reaction processes and associated changes in electronic states are clarified base on the observed spectra; Adsorption and desorption behaviors of cysteine molecules in neutral and base solutions have been investigated in detail.
