Materials search based on relations among various properties

Abstract

The speaker demonstrated the way to predict the influence of carbon defects on the work function of transition metal carbides utilizing Vicker’s hardness based on scientific principles. In this talk, the speaker will present such examples and explain how to search materials using relations among various properties of materials.
