Abstract
Many steel structures in Japan were built in the period of rapid economic growth. Most of them have reached the age of aging in recent years. So, efficient and strategic maintenance is an urgent problem. In this study, dew condensation which is one of the corrosion factors of bridge was focused. Evaluation of dew condensation from the result of temperature and humidity using the weather prediction techniques (WRF and Inverse Distance Weighting Method) was carried out. Moreover, examination of corrosive environment due to dew condensation in Aichi Prefecture was conducted. From these results, it was confirmed that evaluation methods proposed in this study were almost proper.
