In recent years, damage of RC slabs due to salt damage and ASR has been reported. In order to prevent these damage, an RC slab using blast furnace cement was developed. First, basic tests were conducted to confirm strength, ASR resistance and crack resistance. Secondly, a test that reproduced a real bridge deck was conducted, and the expansion and contraction behavior under the influence of steel girder restraint was confirmed. Thirdly, the crack behavior of the actual bridge was analyzed by multi-scale combined analysis. Finally, the behavior of the actual bridge was monitored, and the casted slab was validated.
