Abstract
In order to set a steam ejector on the vacuum pan, we studied on critical compression ratio and entrainment ratio, under the operating steam pressure was 4-6Kg/cm2G, steam presaue in the suction side was 400mmHg-2Kg/cm2G and the throat area ratio was 3-12 about steam ejector.
From these results obtained, we found that the increase of critical compression ratio followed the increase of expansion ratio of nozzle and the decrease of steam pressur in the suction side, and then the entrai nment ratio showed opposite tendency to the crutical compression ratio.
