Clinical practice guidelines for cholelithiasis 2016: Corrections and changes from clinical practice guidelines for cholelithiasis 2006

Abstract

Clinical treatment for cholelithiasis has been done based on clinical guidelines for cholelithiasis. Clinical practice guidelines for cholelithiasis 2009 were issued by the Japanese Society of Gastroenterology. The guidelines has been revised (KY is a member of Committee for clinical guidelines for cholelithiasis, the Japanese Society of Gastroenterology) and has been published as Clinical guidelines for cholelithiasis 2016 on February 10, 2016. The corrected areas of the guideline and changed parts were briefly reviewed in this communication.
