Abstract

We report the case of a 75-year-old woman presenting with jaundice. Based on a CT scan during her visit to the hospital, pancreas neuroendocrine tumor (NET) was suspected. We performed ERCP and bile duct biopsy which revealed adenocarcinoma. Accordingly, the patient was diagnosed with NET and cholangiocarcinoma. She also had liver metastasis. We performed a liver biopsy and identified it as NET G1. After the administration of somatostatin analog for 1 month, NET tended to reduce.

Moreover, we performed pancreatoduodenectomy for treating the cholangiocarcinoma.

The pathologic tissue revealed that the pancreas mass was lymph node metastasis and the primary NET was started in the duodenum.
