C/C composites are all carbon materials consisting of high modulus and high strength carbon fiber as filler and the carbon matrix. It is not still completed material because of the difficulty to control the strong anisotropy of sp2. In this paper, recent research trend concerning the application of the alloying technique for carbon-carbon composites is introduced, after to begin with the way to approach the carbon alloys. On until now the research of carbon-carbon composite has been focussed by inclining mechanical function. However, the development of the multifunctional material, which composed of the functions such as thermal, electrical, magnetic, biofunction, surface, nuclear, etc. becomes important. I hope that large fruits will be obtained through the research of the carbon alloy and that the number of the fellow making the research of carbon-carbon composite increases.
