Achievement of Team CAR-T in the clinical procedures

Abstract

 CAR-T cell therapy poses various challenges to the institutions due to the various unique procedures different from the conventional chemotherapies. Kyoto University Hospital has made numerous efforts to reverse these challenges. First, the Center for Research and Cellular Therapy (C-RACT) was established to centralize the collection of information and schedule management related to cell therapy. In house or web-based applications are developed to monitor the progress of each patient towards CAR-T, and these are fundamental instruments to achieve digital transformation (Dx) in the field of cellular therapy. Clinical epidemiological studies regarding apheresis, production, and infusion are undergoing attempting to optimize the operation of cell therapies in the future.
