Abstract
The graphitisation of Hybrid metals (cl. 7-1.8%; Cr 0.4-0.5%; Cu 1.5-2.5%) at 900°C is investigated. In this process we have recognized two conficting phenomena following: a) deposition of temper carbon and subsquent growth of graphite; b) disappearance of graphite by absorption in the gamma iron accom panied with hardness increase after air cooling.
And in this case we recognized that graphite grows by dissolve of cementite and then AO point becomes clearer due to reformation of cementite.
