ポリオール法で合成したCu3BiS3粉末の微細構造解析

抄録

Cu3BiS3 powders were synthesized by a polyol method, and their microstructures were analyzed. Changes in the lattice constants, crystallite size, strain, dislocation density, grain size and relative composition of the Cu3BiS3 due to the synthesis temperature were observed.
