The data were statistically analyzed. RESULTS: Data from 353 participants were analyzed. By school type, school nursing arts that were significantly more necessary in high schools and special-needs schools, and school nursing arts with high training needs in special-needs schools were found. By years of experience, school nursing arts that were recognized as significantly necessary by those with 21 years or more of experience were identified, and school nursing arts for which training requirements were significantly high were identified by those with 10 years of experience or less.
