Abstract
Our hospital can treat various diseases despite remote island. On the other hand, because of remote
location, we often suffer from judgement and timing of introducing a patient to specialists, and we
have difficulty in the correspondence until receiving special medical care. We presented some cases
and sought the measures. At the remote island and location, there are atypical process until receiving
special medical care. So, it may be important to make a unique protocol.
