Abstract

I am truly honored to have been able to contribute to the JSOT in the following cases:

1)Practice of the systemic basic education and establishment of the examination systems for technicians and/or assistants engaged in toxicity studies.

2)Improvement of the biostatistical methods in toxicology up to the international standard by pointing out incorrect use of the statistical analysis decision tree for detection of the between-group-differences and by proposing a statistical processing method for outliers generated due to arbitrary dose selection.

3)Improvement of toxic-clinical chemistry in Japan up to the international standard by integrating calibration methods for the autoanalyzers to obtain data with small variations.

4)Expansion of the integrated safety evaluation methods for associated risks by suggesting usefulness of multiple analyses applying cluster analysis.
