Cost-Effectiveness Analysis for Airport Investment

Abstract

This report aims to introduce a report "Cost-Effectiveness Analysis Manual for Airport Investment", and to discuss some points in dispute at the Committee for the manual. Estimation method of induced transport demand, impact of aircraft's capacity restriction, effectiveness of competition among carriers, estimation of time value, definition of supplier etc. are discussed at the Committee.
