First of all, this study investigated Tokyo International (HANEDA) Airport user's access travel behavior and intention that was not able to be understood so far. Secondarily, this study constructed the exquisite demand-forecasting model by whom user's travel behavior and needs were reflected. Thirdly, this study assumed the case where the transit service to HANEDA airport is improved and quantitatively measured the effect. At the end, this study arranged the improvement policy of transit service to HANEDA Airport that cannot be quantitatively measured.
