Abstract
(1) The author has analysed how to determine a staple diagram on the draft-breaking process having pseudo draft-breaking process and shown theoretical formulas of the staple diagram.
(2) When the breaking points of fibers which are truly draft-broken concentrate on the position of breaking accessory, it is possible that the short fiber content of staple diagram decrease. But on the other hand there is every possibility that the short fiber content increases.
(3) The short fiber content on Turbo Stapler increases frequently if the probability that one breaking bar pseudo draft-breaks the fibers by only once contacting with the fiber bundle is more than about 0.06. (if the front roller and the breaking bar are about 15cm apart.)
