障害者就業・生活支援センターにおける知的障害者の就労アセスメントの実施状況

Vocational assessment is important in work support because it can provide guidance in support. This paper investigates the actual situation of vocational assessment for the person with intellectual disability at the Employment and Livelihood Support Center for the Disabilities. As a result, at the Employment and Livelihood Support Center for Persons with Disabilities, observation and evaluation were conducted in consultation interviews and workplace training, etc., rather than in standardized testing tools. Therefore, skills to integrate information from various assessments were considered necessary. In addition, the necessity of feedback to promote self-understanding and the lack of manpower in conducting assessments were identified. In order to solve these problems, multi-disciplinary cooperation was considered to be necessary. It was concluded that it was necessary to examine the training which improves the skill of the information integration of the supporter and multi-disciplinary cooperation.
