Estimation of MgO Films in ac Plasma Displays

Abstract

For simplification of fabricating ac plasma displays, MgO films will come to be formed by means of a sputtering method and thick-film printing technology. In the present work, ac-PDPs with MgO films printed by a screen printing method were prepared and the basic characteristics were measured.
