Fabrication of Barrier Electrode Color ac Plasma Displays

Abstract

For the purpose of realizing the very fine barrier electrode ac plasma displays, we fabricated the test panels with 0.5mm pitch by sandblasting. As a result, it is showed that the sandblasting method has enough accuracy to fabricate the finer barrier electrode ac plasma displays.
