We developed the horizontal deflection circuit with reduced VLF electric fields. In this circuit, the positive flyback pulse voltage and the negative flyback pulse voltage are applied to the horizontal deflection coil. Therefore, the unwanted radiation of VLF electric fields generated by the flyback pulse voltage is cancelled.

A psychophysical measurement on disturbance caused by point defect on TFT/LCD was carried out. The color and the brightess of a point defect as well as background were varied. In the experiment, subjects were asked to adjust the luminance of the reference stimulus so that the amount of disturbance by both stimuli becomes the same. The results were analyzed statistically and a multi-regression model using L*, u*, v* was proposed.

We have developed the image composing system which synthesizes a live crane camera image with a computer graphics image. Since the computer generated image is synchronized with any camera work of the crane camera, it is necessary to make a camera model in a CG space equivalent to a real camera. One of the problems is how to simulate optical behaviors of a zoom lens. In this paper, we introduce the method to obtain a position of a principal point and a focal length accurately, according to zooming and focusing degrees which are detected by attached sensors.

Now, we have developed a new IC of PAL/SECAM signal discriminator. By using this IC, the production cost can be reduced.
