A 1/4-Inch 270k pixel IT-CCD Image Sensor

Abstract

A 1/4-inch format 270k pixel interline transfer(IT) CCD image sensor has been developed, which is suitable for compact size video cameras. High saturation signal of 600mv, low smear level of 0.01%, and high sensitivity of 40mv/lx have been realized.
