18-5 CCDカメラにおける縦縞状固定パタンノイズ除去駆動回路

抄録

A new CCD timing generator circuits to suppress fixed pattern noise caused by digital circuits has been developed. The unique features of this circuits are to halt a timing generator during active scanning interval, and to employ a 1H-glass delay line to generate horizontal synchronizing signals. We described the effect of this circuits implemented in an HDTV CCD pickup system.
