Development of Chroma Noise Reducer for MUSE Decoder

Abstract

This paper describes a CNR(CNR : Chroma Noise Reducer) for MUSE decoder. This system adopts a frame recursive type NR after MUSE decoding, it is able to take effect for motion-adaptive and motion-compensation.
