Development of 3-D YC Separation Processing LSI

Abstract

We developed a LSI for a motion adaptive 3-demensional YC separation. In this LSI, the motionpicture processor and the motion detector are improved. These improvement are introduced 2-dimensional adaptive YC sepalation filter to use a correlation of a picture. In this paper, this method of improvement is described.
