Abstract
This paper describes a BS Tuner with 2nd Mixer IC, which is constructed from a mixer circuit, a local osillator circuit, an amplifier circuit, and a prescaler circuit. Silicon bipola process (fT=16GHz) employed in this IC. By using this IC, it is possible to make BS Tuner with high quality at low cost.
