A Note on Frame Interporation Method using Lyer Image Representation

Abstract

In this paper, we propose new algorithm which produce layered image representation from video image sequence using global motion segmentation. And using this segmentation results, we propose frame interpolation method. We generate interporated frame by modifing affine parameters of each segmented areas. Results of the computer simulation shows that our proposed method produce smoothly interporated image sequence.
