Interactive Broadcasting using Terrestrial Radio Wave Link : A Study of Return Link by OFDM

Abstract

Digital TV broadcasting and interactive broadcasting have been studied for new TV services. In this paper, return link by OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Divisio Multiplex) using terrestrial radio wave is proposed, and theoretical studies of BER (Bit Error Rate) degradation caused by frequency offset and symbol timing error are described.
